Rip current

It was one of those mornings where the sea looked deceivingly calm, and getting through the waves was easy, but on the way back the strength or energy of the waves changed and one could full quite a pull. I always find it amazing how conditions can change and also how deceiving waves can look from the beach. It's easy to underestimate the sea.

I had early mornings last week and didn't make any swims, and it was still great to be back in the ocean!
