The idea of capturing our adventures is recent. But we've captured such great pics over the past few years and I felt that we need a gallery...so here goes...

Most pics are taken either just before 7am or at about 7:20 -7:30 after the swim, throughout the year. One or two pics were taken at Llandudno, but all the rest are taken at Hout Bay beach.
