Twenty-two December

It's my last working day for 2023, this was really a hard, busy and fast work year, and my morning swims has definitely kept me going! I'm having a little giggle as I sit here, just thinking back at some of the conversations we've had in the water. This morning Grant and I was speaking about death and dying with dignity, we also ended up discussion at what age you should purchase a place in a retirement village - you can at 55, but should you?

I love these arbitrary conversations and sometimes I think it is the most sane part of my day.

The water was cold - 12 degrees. I took the pic during a run just before 6 am.
