Helen, Garth and Debbie did the Cape Town Cycle tour and instead of sleeping in yesterday, they joined us for a swim. Well don guys! Lots of pics - thank you Helen and Debbie.

Seaweed is back, but water temp is still lovely and the waves were mostly gentle.
