Sunrise is a poem

'Every sunrise is a poem written on the earth with words of light, warmth and love' - Debasish Mridha.

What struck me today was the shadow the sunrise was casting over the sea - you can see a bit of the shadow lingering on the picture.

It is amazing how different the sea and nature is everyday. Just reminds us that we don't need to ever stay stuck anywhere...every day is a brand new opportunity to change habits, make a change if we are unhappy or to just shine :-)

Water temp was 14, waning crescent 9% - so new moon is on it's way...
