Tuesday morning's full moon

After two years of posting pics, the time of sunrise, water temperature etc. I at the beginning of the month I committed to writing a bit more - about things we talk about in the water, for example cold exposure, should you sauna or steamroom after, what is up with the seals etc. And I think it is a good intention, and it remains. Unfortunately I did not calculate the time it takes to read up a bit about things and synthesize it in a coherent way, so I'm posting a few pics from the last week, and hoping to at some point this week post a bit more writing about protocols and principles for cold exposure- there is a blog that is 3/4 ready it just needs a bit more tweaking... fingers crossed for speedy tweaks!
