Brrrr outside

I skipped a few days, it is weird how even though it is darker and colder, I have more meetings and work commitments early morning - should we not be hibernating?

This morning the outside/ambient temp was somewhere between 4 and 7 degrees - depending on who's car thermometer you trust most. But in short it was cold outside. The water temp was 14.3 degrees. It makes getting in easy, and there was only tiny waves. So it was perfect conditions in so many ways!

It has been a cold winter with lots of rain and this week it even snowed in Johannesburg - not sure if I've heard about snow in Jo'burg before. One can certainly feel a bite in the air.

Sunrise is currently a minute earlier than 2 weeks ago - according to my app...but it feels lighter!
