Sea swimming has increased with 45% on some pages and more than 200% on other pages since 2020. I think even in our little Hout Bay group we can see that, and the beginning of the year has seen a lot of people in the water early mornings.

This morning was another spectacular morning - the sea is still super flat...and we really need to cherish these lake like days as it will be changing soon! There were some dolphins frolicking - which also seems to be more prevalent in January.

The weather has changed a bit and the ambient temperature was a bit cooler than it's been the past while. Sea temp - no one brought their temp probes, but I'd estimate it between 12 and 13.
